What this tool does

A single corner watermark is easy to crop out. A tiled diagonal watermark that repeats across the entire image is far harder to remove, making it the preferred choice for stock photographers, artists, and anyone sharing work that needs strong copyright protection. PixelForge applies a diagonal repeating text watermark to your entire batch in one pass, with full control over text, size, and opacity.

Problems it solves

  • Protecting stock photos shared as proofs before final delivery
  • Watermarking a portfolio gallery to prevent unauthorized use
  • Adding a branded repeating watermark to product mockups shared with clients
  • Protecting original artwork before sharing on social media or online shops

Example

Apply a diagonal repeating © watermark to 200 proof photos before client delivery

Frequently asked questions

How is tile watermark different from the standard watermark?

The standard watermark places a single text element in a corner or the center of the image. Tile watermark repeats the text diagonally across the entire image, making it significantly harder to crop or clone-stamp away.

What opacity should I use?

15–25% opacity is the standard for proof watermarks — visible enough to deter theft but light enough that the image content is still clearly visible. Higher opacity makes the watermark more prominent but may obscure the image itself.

Can I remove the watermark after delivering the final file?

You would re-process the original (non-watermarked) images for final delivery. PixelForge does not remove watermarks — always keep your original files.

Is tile watermark a Pro feature?

Yes — watermarking (including tile mode) is available on Pro and Business plans.
