How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What happens to my files?
Files are automatically deleted based on your plan: 24 hours on the free plan, 7 days on Pro, and 30 days on Business. We encrypt data in transit and at rest and never share your images.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, and TIFF as inputs. Output formats depend on the tool — the convert tool lets you choose the target format.
