1. Service Description

PixelForge provides web-based bulk image processing tools at www.usepixelforge.com. By accessing or using PixelForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

An account is not required to use free features. Creating an account (via email magic link) gives you access to job history, higher usage limits, and paid plan features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@usepixelforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PixelForge to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or processing infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Upload content that violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Files

You retain full ownership of any files you upload to PixelForge. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to store and process them solely to provide the requested service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Files are automatically deleted according to your plan's retention schedule (24 hours for Free, 7 days for Pro, 30 days for Business). You are responsible for downloading results before expiration.

5. Billing and Refunds

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — contact support@usepixelforge.com within 14 days to request a refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily restrict access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The PixelForge name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
